Product Description

This product consists of factory-customized OEM nylon/POM plastic gears, which are used as electronic and printer parts. The main product is a daily commodity wool combing bristle part with 2450 holes. The mold base used for manufacturing is LKM, HASCO, or other similar bases. The mold material used is S136, 2344, 718, 738, NAK80, P20, or other similar materials. The precision of the mold is +/-0.01mm. The mold has a life span of 100k-5000K shots, depending on specific requirements. It can have a single cavity or multi-cavity design. The runner system can be hot runner or cold runner. The gate type can be pinpoint gate, edge gate, sub-gate, film gate, valve gate, open gate, or other similar types. The equipment used for manufacturing includes high-speed CNC, standard CNC, EDM, wire cutting, WEDM, grinder, and plastic injection molding machines ranging from 50-818T. The plastic material used for the gears includes PA6, PA66, ASA, POM, ABS, ABS+GF, ABS+PC, POM, PP, PE, PC, PMMA (Acrylic), TPE, TPU, PEI, PBT, PTFI. The metal material used is pre-harden steel and heat treatment steel. The surface treatment options include polishing/smooth, texture/frosted, painting, plating, printing, and other similar processes. To manufacture the gears, 2D/3D drawings or samples are required. The quality system of the manufacturing process is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
